Mostly sourced from oilseed rape flowers, our honey has a luxuriously creamy texture that’s carefully managed to prevent the rapid granulation typical of this blossom. It offers all the nutritional benefits of raw honey—without the need to ever decrystallise it.

Blended from local wildflowers with an emphasis on oilseed rape, our soft set honey is light, creamy, and full of floral flavour. As our bees roam freely from bloom to bloom, each batch brings its own natural variety.

We’re proud to offer honey that’s natural and unaltered. Due to changing regulations, we can no longer call it “raw,” but rest assured, it’s unpasteurised and only lightly strained to preserve its goodness. As beekeepers, we cherish the pure product our bees create.
